Everyone has a different level of HARD.  Your HARD is not my HARD.  Your reaction is not my reaction.  Your experiences are not my experiences.  That doesn’t mean it isn’t HARD!

Have you ever wondered how people go through huge battles and then come out on the other side with a renewed sense of PURPOSE?!  Clearer in their PASSION?!  13 years ago we adopted 2 little boys from foster care and we were not at all prepared for the journey.  We’ve navigated numerous unexpected and unpredictable HARD things.  There were some dark days;  days I didn’t think I’d get through.  Seasons I thought would never end.  I couldn’t see through to the other side much less dream, plan, imagine what could be.  Through stillness, reflection, and gratitude, I worked through the HARD and found my POWER, PASSION, and PURPOSE. 

I am also a Director of Special Education navigating equally HARD things in the educational system.  Oh, and navigating how to care for and support our most vulnerable populations through a global pandemic.  I’ve spent my life advocating for our most at-risk, most complex, and most underserved populations.  I am a changemaker in all things I am passionate about and am not working to help you do the same.

I work really hard to find beauty in the HARDest days and can help you do the same. After you hear me speak, you will have strategies to chase the beauty finding your POWER and PURPOSE as well!
